We urge you, where ever you are, to regularly attend a local Christian church.
Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another -- and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
— Sunday Services —
Combined Service - 10:00am.
As of September 1, 2019, Groveland Evangelical Free Church will be meeting for a single service on Sunday mornings, starting at 10 a.m. in the main sanctuary (the building on the right as you come into the parking lot.) All are invited. We hope to see you here! Children are welcome (see Sunday Morning for Kids, below). A phonic ear system is available for the hearing impaired. Please contact an usher or greeter as you come in for assistance if you need a phonic ear.
Sunday Morning for Kids
We feel a fun and safe Children's church is important to the future of Christianity. You are welcome to keep your children with you as you worship, or they can participate in the age-appropriate childrens church activities below.
- Babies are lovingly cared for during both services.
- Preschool - K enjoy a Bible story, craft, songs and games during both services.
- Grades 1 - 5 will be invited during both services to leave for an interactive Bible story, music, and games. (Begin in church, children may leave with thier teachers when they are dismissed.)
For the protection of all, we operate a well child nursery and Sunday school. We ask that you keep at home any child who may be contagious.
— More on Worship —
Worship is not just something we do in a meeting on Sundays. To find out more about Groveland Evangelical Free Church's worship and activities, see our Midweek Activities page.
If you're interested in knowing more about how a sound system for a church works, we have a powerpoint that explains the sound system in our fellowship hall. It's a good reference for beginners and intermediate sound board volunteers.
