OK, Folks! TIme to start that spring cleaning! Look around and think how much better some of that junk that's cluttering up your abode would look in your neighbors house. And this year, instead of leaving the boxes on their front door in the middle of the night, ringing the doorbell and running, consider dropping it off at the church. As long as it's classy, high end stuff, we'll proudly put it out on display for you.
And don't forget to come by on Friday June 15 and Saturday June 16th. Bring lots of money so you can buy back that stuff that you'll realize you missed after all. You an also buy stuff that you want to put into a box and leave on your neighbors front door in the middle of the night...
Proceeds from the rummage sale will go towards the Berlin mission trip.
GEFC will be sending a team to work with the Millers, our missionaries to Berlin from September 22 - 29. If you are interested in being a part of this outreach to Germans and immigrants, drop us a note or stop by the office and let Pam know.
The Food Closet is open the Friday following the third Tuesday every month. Donations of canned items, personal hygiene products, and household cleaning items are always appreciated. If you would care to donate any of these items, they can be left in the kitchen or call us and we will arrange to get them from you.
We can't thank the members of this congregation enough for their continued generosity and their donations of food and funds for the Food Closet, and we so appreciate our many faithful and hard-working volunteers. The Lord has truly blessed this ministry.
